Firstly we will look at creditor rights – in other words how to get your money back from a company that is going into administration. Secondly, we will look at the issue of Management liability in bankruptcy situations. She will also briefly touch upon the differences of bankruptcy and reorganisation proceedings. Mari Karja, senior associate at Sorainen, is a widely acknowledged expert in the field of bankruptcy law in the EU and regularly consults lawmakers and businesses alike in the field.
